Rates:
Double Occupancy- $120 per night - $110 per night for 2-4 nights - $95 per night for more than 5 nights. $15 for additional guest. (prices do not include taxes). Two night minim on holidays and special event weekends.

Arrival time, anytime after 2:00 pm - check out 11:00 am.
Cancellation policy is 7 days prior to check in date. Only "green," hypoallergenic products used in cleaning. Smoking on porch only and no pets please. Maximum guests 3 (adults only). For reservations please call 580-678-4864 or 580- 492-4589.

Method of payment: Credit card for securing rental, but actual payment is check, cash or money order.
